John Neal is the founder and owner of Keg and Barrel Brewpub in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Now, I’m based in New York … how exactly did I end up interviewing someone who runs a bar in The Magnolia State? That’s a decent question, and it’s addressed in the first three minutes or so of the interview.
