Episode No. 8: Jay Martin of IdeaMold.com

I’ll keep this intro relatively simple: Jay Martin started out in the world of clinical prosthetics, but he’s doing way more than that now. He regularly works with inventors and innovators on how to develop their idea through all stages: originality, funding, patent, etc.

Many of the ideas are explained more on his website.

If you’re more of a visual person, here’s Jay speaking at TEDxOKC:

As always, you can subscribe to this podcast at this link.

Episode No. 9 should be posted Thursday, and will feature an author who wrote a book about balls. Get your mind out of the gutter, friends. We mean athletic balls — i.e. basketballs, golf balls, baseballs, etc. and their evolution as objects of play.

What’s This All About?

This is a blog and podcast series about the work we all do: the highs, the lows, the effectiveness, the intrigue, the models, the double speak, and the passion. The point is to have discussions with people in those fields about their life and experiences. And hey, sometimes the stories might be funny, too. In the spring of 2013, the new posts started to fade, but you can find them all on iTunes.
