We haven’t posted in about two months — sue us, we got busy with school / holidays — but we’re back with a doozy. This is Grady Hull, the Assistant Brewmaster of New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins, CO (which will expand to Asheville, NC in a few years). He’s been there 17 years — that’s an eternity in today’s culture — but you can’t fault the dude. In that time, he’s invented (with a team called “Portfolio”) Ranger IPA and Mothership.
If you like beer, drinking beer, learning about beer, or learning about harvest cycles that lead to beer … this is the interview for you.
